Step into a world where culinary delight meets the Pharaohs' charm at The Buffet at Luxor, nestled within the stunning Luxor Hotel & Casino on the famed Las Vegas Strip. This buffet restaurant is designed not just to fill your stomach but to create an unforgettable dining experience that captivates all your senses.

Offering a diverse array of cuisines, The Buffet at Luxor is a veritable feast, perfect for those who relish variety. Start your day with breakfast selections that include everything from made-to-order eggs and fluffy pancakes to exquisite seafood options like shrimp—yes, shrimp for breakfast! Although customer Anthony Plaxen playfully admits the seafood might not be everyone's morning cup of tea, the steak option is sure to hit the spot. The ambiance here is just as inviting as the food: a spacious layout, immaculate cleanliness, and a charming theme that transports you to ancient Egypt.

The offerings continue throughout the day, with lunch fare that caters to all tastes. D. Dogster, a recent visitor, raves about the extensive selection of dishes and highlights the carrot cake as a must-try, calling it "so moist" that it simply melts in the mouth. With prices ranging from $32 to $38 depending on the day of the week, it’s hard to argue against the value for such a vast selection of both quality and unique fare.

As you navigate through the buffet—which may require finding a somewhat hidden elevator in the food court—you're greeted by friendly servers eager to make your dining experience seamless. Customer Scott Jones applauds the thoughtful beverage stations that keep the coffee flowing and the juices chilled, making every meal a refreshing occasion. Even though some reviewers noticed that breakfast could use a bit of improvement in terms of juice quality and variety, the consensus remains that the overall value and experience at The Buffet at Luxor are top-notch.

Open until 2 PM (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays), the buffet provides excellent options for brunch or late lunch. It's an experience that both visitors and locals can enjoy, offering children half-price meals, making it a perfect family destination. As Andrew Magee reflects on his time there, it's not just about gourmet dining—it's about the exceptional atmosphere and the joyous experience that this buffet brings. Be sure to indulge in your choice of drinks, as soft drinks are included, while alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.

Whether you're cramming for a busy day at the casinos or simply seeking a leisurely feast, The Buffet at Luxor captures the spirit of Vegas dining with its remarkable décor and even more remarkable array of food. Come hungry and prepared to be amazed; every visit promises to be a culinary journey like no other.

Overall, the buffet was good. Had everything you could want in the morning. Having a nice steak for breakfast really does hit differently but I couldn’t stomach the seafood for breakfast haha. Good layout and really clean. Not too bad of a lineup if you go earlier. It’s decent and you get your moneys worth for sure.

If you're going to spend $41 for a breakfast, you might as well come to Luxor and enjoy it! it a decorative and clean buffet setting with plenty of breakfast food choices INCLUDING SHRIMP! There's always make-to-order eggs with plenty of lunch fare. There's a large self-serve beverage and coffee line. The servers are friendly. See my pics for the general food layout.

This location is a bit hard to find since you'll have to find a (not well labeled) elevator in the food court area and go to a specific floor (floor "B"). Everything I ate tasted great, was good (enough) quality, and there were a lot of choices. Coffee wasn't great, and the orange juice was watered down. I didn't see any bagels, but they did have capers for the buttery soft smoked salmon, and the mussels were a nice find. The little shrimps were mostly de-tailed but could've been cleaned up better since a lot of shells were still among the mix. Fried rice could've been better but was decent. The chorizo items didn't look or taste anything like real chorizo. Desserts were soft, moist, and not overly sweet. I've never seen egg on a pizza before, which was unexpectedly good along with the rest of their pizzas.

I loved my experience here! The food that I got was well above a normal buffet chain, unlike other reviews. Perhaps things are better mid-week. I'm not coming for gourmet food but the experience, and the theming here is exceptional! Exponentially beyond the buffet at New York-New York which literally did look like a normal restaurant. Sooo glad I passed on that one. Very pleased with the beef roast which was thick and juicy, and just freshly done. Gave me a huge slice. Salad was great too! Fancy cut veggies are a nice touch. I also got the "unlimited" mimosas and the bartender was very personable. And decently strong drinks. No waiting in line anywhere, at 12:00! I couldn't recommend more.

I have tried most of the food offered at this buffet. Great selection, good services, okay quality. Open until 2PM, however not on Mondays and Tuesdays. No dinner buffet. Pop, juices, coffee are included. Beer, wine, liquor is extra. Aug. 2024: Adults pay full price ($32US Wednesdays and Thursdays), $38US Friday through Sunday). Kids aged 12 and under are half the price. Tips on top of it, starting at 18% up to 25%, custom selection is available.

It was my first dining experience at The Buffet at The Luxor Hotel, I was so impressed with their Egyptian Decor as much as I was delighted by the wide variety of food offered there. Everything tasted so delicious, I couldn’t possibly pick a favorite because everything was amazing! But, I do have to give a shoutout to their Dessert choices more particularly their Carrot Cake! it was so moist and unbelievably YUMMY! In Vegas and wanting to dine at a great Buffet? Definitely give The Buffet at The Luxor Hotel a try! You won’t be disappointed.
